Several months ago I found this documentary on Netflicks, it really opened my eyes to how I was eating and how little fruit and vegetables I ate.

I didn't think juicing was for me, but I did borrow my parents juicer and had a go... and it was yuck!!! I couldn't stomach the vegetable juice and gave up then and there and returned the juicer and went on with my unhealthy lifestyle.
Fast forward to 2015 and I saw that Fat Sick & Nearly Dead 2 was coming out, I couldn't find it on Netflicks so decided to watch the first movie again and asked Hubby to watch with me.
This time I was more motivated than ever and with hubby decided on a start day of Wednesday the 7th of January to begin our fast together.
I knew I wasn't going fail this time as I had my hubby walking this journey with me, I also researched recipes so I wouldn't make disgusting juices which will also help me stick to it.
I wasn't sure how long I wanted to juice for so Hubby and I committed to a 5 day fast, this will take us to Monday the 12th which is when Hubby returns to work, then he can choose if he wants to juice at work or not.
JUICE ON!!
